Voyago is hiring a Lead Hand for our Transit Operations in the Niagara Region.
Your Role
- Maintain paperwork and timesheets / vacations are required
- Perform daily circle checks on spare vehicles and are prepared to switch off broken down vehicles or complete a run-on last-minute notice
- Immediately report and document all injuries, collisions or property damage that occurs
- Perform safety blitzes or road observations on drivers at the direction of the Operations Supervisor
- Immediate point of contact for resolutions of issues affecting daily operations or escalate to Supervisor level if needed
- Assist with issues involving IT equipment such as tablets and smart card readers
- Available to assist with other duties as outlined by Transit Supervisor
- Full Time Position
- $20.00 / hour
Shift details : Tuesday-Saturday, 06 : 30-15 : 00
Requirements
Your Profile
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- You possess a valid G class driver's license
- You possess a clean drivers abstract
- You possess a clean criminal record search
- You have excellent customer service experience
- You are highly organization with strong communications skills
