Job Description
Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis for an 11 week contract with potential to go permanent afterwards.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and French and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Location: Kanata, ON.
Job Type: Part-time
Tuesday and Wednesday: 4pm – 8:30pm.
Saturday: 8:30am to 1pm.
Pay Rate: $19.36 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our products or services.
- Manage and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones and computers.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
