  • We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive profitability across our business units.  This is a second in charge position.  You will be working alongside the business owner, with the goal of 2x the company within 2 years.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Acumen :
  • Understand finance and financial literacy to enhance profitability and implement necessary changes.

  • Management Oversight :
  • Oversee and manage four business units and seven key managers, ensuring they meet management KPIs.

  • Anticipate organizational needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Hands-On Leadership :
  • Engage directly in daily operations—this is not a desk job. Be present on-site to lead by example and support your team.

  • Industry Expertise :
  • Bring experience from the landscape maintenance and hardscape industry, demonstrating a proven track record in a similar role.

  • A Player Culture :
  • Foster a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

    Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the landscape and hardscape sector.
  • Strong financial literacy and understanding of profitability drivers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.
