We\'re currently seeking a versatile Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to help establish a new hearing centre in Steinbach, MB . This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone experienced clinically coupled with a keen interest in marketing and business growth.

We are offering an extensive relocation & retention bonus for this opportunity!

What the role entails

In your initial 30 days, you will undergo comprehensive training that familiarizes you with HearCANADA’s policies, procedures, and operational standards. This training will include a blend of in-person and virtual learning sessions.

During the following 30 days, your focus will shift to building brand awareness and cultivating community relationships in the local area, supported by a dedicated marketing team.

Upon the centre’s opening and ongoing, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, delivering outstanding client care in hearing services.
