We are hiring Sales / Marketing Interns to start immediately and work through August.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on door-to-door marketing for a fast-growing residential painting business.

This internship provides hands-on experience in outside sales, marketing, business development, and customer communication within a real operating business.

This is not a desk job or casual summer position.
The work you do directly impacts revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods

• Speaking professionally with homeowners

• Generating and qualifying leads

• Booking free estimates

• Tracking daily performance metrics

• Representing Durham Region Painting in the community

• Accurately recording lead information and homeowner interest

No experience required.
Training, scripts, and ongoing support are provided.

Schedule & Commitment

• Start immediately – work through August

• Minimum 3 shifts per week (3–4 hours per shift)

• Daytime and early evening availability

• Outdoor, independent work
