Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and content calendars to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop engaging digital content aligned with marketing strategies
- Optimize digital strategy and content for SEO and GEO
- Manage social media platforms and engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and community
- Monitor and analyse website and social media traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
- Identify and report on KPIs
- Research and report on market trends
- Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading corporate communications as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, commerce, media or a related fieldMinimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing and content creationExperience in B2B marketing, professional services or exposure to technical / engineering verticals would be highly valuedExperience

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable resultsExceptional writing and editing skills. Able to frame content to intended audience and switch between educational and persuasive tones as appropriateProven ability to optimize content for SEO and GEOProven ability to set up and analyse high-quality analytics using the latest industry standards for privacy, accuracy, and performance reportingProficient in using AI tools for workflow optimization and content generationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsApplicants who do not meet all of the qualifications listed above but have an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe we may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and / or federal law.
