Rate of Pay : $23.78 - $23.78 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits

Hours of Work : Up to 5-15 hours / week (September-June). Currently recruiting to fill shifts Sundays 12 : 30-5pm, Tuesdays 3 : 30-8pm and Thursdays 3 : 30-8pm, instructing group lessons for school age children.

This position provides direct instruction and leadership of private and group tennis lessons to adults, youth and / or children at Panorama Recreation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction and leadership of tennis lessons, skill clinics and group programs to adults, youth and / or children
• Plans and delivers engaging tennis lessons with a tactical or technical focus
• Prepares equipment necessary for instruction prior to the start of the session
• Provides constructive guidance and feedback
• Ensures clear and respectful communication with players, parents / guardians, co-workers and supervisor(s)
• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Maintains a clean and safe environment
• Follows policies, procedures and standards of the CRD
• Other related duties as required
