Salesforce Architect

Job Description

As the Salesforce Architect :

• accountable for the architecture standards and technical leadership around Salesforce Customer Services
• Provide technical leadership to IT domain teams working on Customer Services and Customer Account management
• Work actively with System Integrators and other third parties on development and documentation of Salesforce design for Commercial Back Office solution
• Create Salesforce architecture standards and provided technical leadership for all Salesforce activities across IT and SIs development teams
• Take a lead in analyzing and recommending Salesforce services required to support Commercial Back Office solution and broader business needs
• Be aware of new Salesforce additions and proactively identify opportunities and issues that may arise

As the Enterprise Architect :

• coordination of all technical activities across SAP, Salesforce and applications for Commercial Back Office project
• actively involved in all high level technical aspects of Commercial Back Office project
• Work with IT architects to make sure that designs proposed by Systems Integrators, as well as by IT delivery teams, are aligned with the overall design of the solution
• Have a good understanding of business processes, help mapping of the business processes to the applications, and help in alignment of designs and implementation activities across different business process streams

Other responsibilities :

Collaboration - Works actively with all IT teams, SIs and the architecture group on identify technical challenges related to Commercial Back office solution.

Courageous in identifying and addressing issues that may inhibit effective cross-team collaboration.

• Coordinates with enterprise business and technology architects. Has in depth understanding on how solution supports and achieves the mid-to-long term business objectives.
• Provides meaningful communication of alternative solutions and appropriateness of solution selected.
• Performs proof-of-concepts and develop prototypes to make informed architectural decisions.

Qualifications

Salesforce Architectural level experience

Sound understanding of Enterprise architecture
