Corporate Development Associate

Overview

Graymont is seeking a high-potential Corporate Development Associate to support our global growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in transactions and strategic initiatives across multiple regions, who is ready to contribute to the development of a global leader in calcium-based solutions. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development, you will play a key role in conducting market and financial research and analysis, evaluating new opportunities and supporting M&A execution. This role offers good potential for growth and increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Maintain internal databases, trackers, and dashboards related to strategic opportunities
• Assist in evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Assist with the coordination of due diligence activities with cross-functional teams and external advisors
• Collaborate on the development of detailed financial models and valuation analyses (NPV, IRR, scenario / sensitivity cases)
• Support the preparation of presentation materials for executive and board audiences
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives
• Take ownership of workstreams and gradually build autonomy and scope in the role

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $105,777 - $145,522 per year. The final offer will be determined based on a range of factors, including knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
