The Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our on-site Montreal team. This full-time, on-site role (34 hours / week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Compensation : $25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

• Review and validate backend data entry related to credit card rates, fees, and merchant account configurations
• Adhere to PCI compliance standards and data security best practices when handling sensitive information
• Maintain detailed QA documentation, reports, and audit trails
• Perform regular audits and quality checks on newly entered and existing merchant data
• Implement corrections and updates in accordance with card network rules, processor requirements, and internal policies
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to resolve data-related issues efficiently

Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For

Language Requirements : Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
