Asa RecruitmentCoordinator,youwillplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to-dayfunctionsofretailrecruitmentfortheirassignedclientgroups.Youwillworkcloselywithhiringmanagerstounderstandtherequirementsoftherolefactoringbusinessneeds,geographicregion,tomanagerequisitionsandfulfillrecruitmentneeds.

Responsibilities

Approverequisitionsforassignedregionsandpostjobadsoncareersitesaswellasnationalandlocaljobboards.

Usetheapplicanttrackingsystem,(ATS),tomanagehighvolumescreeningofresumestoidentifycandidatesthatmeetbannerspecificprofiles.

Interviewshortlistedcandidatestodeterminefitandforwardrecommendationstohiringmanagersforin-personinterviews.

Identifywaystosupportremoteandpriorityrecruitmentthroughusingcreativesourcingcampaigns,strategies,andreferralgeneration.

HeadhunttoengagepassivecandidatesthroughtheuseofBoolean,Indeedandalternativesearchtechniques.

ProvideATStrainingtonewhiringmanagersandongoingsupportforclosingrequisitionsandmanagingthecandidatelifecycle.

WorkwiththeRecruitmentTeamLead & Recruitment Manageronvariousprojectsrelatedtorecruitmentandourtalentstrategy.

ServeasanambassadorforOuraward-winningteam,aleadingretailer,andourvariousbrands!

Managerecruitmentinboxbyrespondingtoinquiriesandescalatingissuesinatimelymanner.
