Human Resources Advisor

The HR Advisor will provide dedicated HR support to Managers across their assigned community portfolios. This role will support NEXUS’s operational objectives by delivering strategic, practical, and compliant HR services. The HR Advisor will work closely with the Manager of Human Resources and Labour Relations and Program Directors to address employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development needs.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, hours / week

Salary : $62,000-68,000 annually
