What You’ll Be Contributing

  • Respond to customer requests through the receivable inbox, with regards to collections.
  • Answer incoming calls from the Accounts Receivable extension.
  • Send invoices and statement copies.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Handle the recovery of unpaid accounts.
  • Receive credit card requests and process them in Moneris.
  • Request payment remittances to customers.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and record notes in Excel.
  • Investigate, follow up, and solve customer disputes.
  • Participate in any other projects assigned by the manager.

    • What Sets You Apart

  • College diploma preferred.
  • Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Customer service and collection experience using multi‑currency systems.
  • Proficiency in French, spoken and written.
  • Strong computer skills using Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of analysis and reconciliation is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP Business One is an asset.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to innovate, be versatile, and autonomous.
  • Ability to multi‑task priorities within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.
