IT Project Manager - Intermediate:
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager - Intermediate for a 12 month contracte. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

IT Project Manager - Intermediate - Job Description:
The IT Project Manager will be involved in Planning and Development Services, working across multiple agile teams. The focus will be on managing technology projects using the SAFe methodology, ensuring efficient project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

IT Project Manager - Intermediate - Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple agile project teams.
• Utilize SAFe methodology for project execution.
• Coordinate with internal IT staff, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan and allocate project resources effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving across teams.

IT Project Manager - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
• Five years of IT project management experience.
• Three years of experience on medium to large technology projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with project resource planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.
• Experience with PMI’s PMBOK® Guide practices.

IT Project Manager - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMI Project Management Professional).
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
• Well-developed facilitation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize resources.

IT Project Manager - Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a contingent position for approx 12 months.
