The Ecomm Analyst is responsible for leading business analysis and reporting for our e-commerce channel. The successful candidate will generate and maintain various sales, share, and marketing reports to evaluate performance and uncover meaningful insights into underlying performance drivers. We seek an action-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of deriving insights from data, providing internal thought leadership, and thriving in a high-performance environment.

Primary Accountabilities :

  • Own all ecomm reporting : develop, maintain, and present sales, share, and marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze data and provide insights into underlying performance drivers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and inform e-commerce strategies.
  • Maintain monthly item-level shipment forecasts for Amazon.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting to support business evaluation and analysis.
  • Develop presentations for communication with leadership and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Education :

  • University degree required (essential), preferably in business, economics or mathematics.
  • Strong business communication skills, with the ability to zoom into details and communicate insights to senior leaders.
  • Analytical and deductive reasoning skills, demonstrating strategic thinking and fact-based problem-solving.
  • Relevant business experience in business analysis, preferably in CPG and / or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with reporting and forecasting tools (, MS Office).
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience.
  • Familiarity with Retail Link and Amazon Vendor Central is an asset.
  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.
