About the Role

Were hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations develop a high-performing team and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Youll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
• Recruit train coach and manage store teams
• Drive sales KPIs labour and budget performance
• Create a strong customer-focused sales culture
• Manage inventory merchandising and reporting
• Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
• Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures

About You

• 3 years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong sales people leadership and operational skills
• Cannabis liquor or regulated retail experience preferred
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right SellSafe CRTP CRWTP or CanSell)
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
