Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
Location : Brandon, MB (on‑site)
Duration : full‑time, permanent
Typical Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am–4 : 30 pm local time

What You'll Do
Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinicManage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow‑up on missed appointments or send remindersMake product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journeySupport with maintaining physical and electronic recordsPerform basic hearing‑aid maintenance and product questionsParticipate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local communityEducate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For
