Job description :

Our client is a leading telecommunications and media company in Canada. They are looking for a new Account Manager who will also be responsible for business development.

Your role :

  • Ensure accurate forecasts and administrative management of sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and other methods.
  • Act as the main contact for new customers and manage the entire sales process.
  • Take charge of prospecting new customers for telecom services in a defined area.
  • Develop detailed action plans to meet financial targets.
  • Work in synergy with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Job type : Executive - permanent contract

Salary : 80k base + 70% bonus depending on solutions sold.

Work schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid, 3 days / week in the office)

Job location : Montreal, Île des Sœurs

Skills and qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B and Telecom sales role.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
  • Bilingualism required : frequent interaction with English- and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Sales experience in the telecommunications sector a definite advantage.
  • Skilled in consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
