Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner.
• Tracking and processing invoices, cheque requisitions in accordance to Purchasing and Expenditure Control Policies.
• Executing daily contract sheets data entry.
• Assisting in reconciliation of general ledger accounts and purchase orders.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, including data entry, filing, budget binder updates, and calculation of costs associated with Operations activities.
