About the Opportunity

Engineer and optimize Microsoft Fabric platform for enterprise-scale analytics.

Implement CI / CD pipelines for Fabric & Power BI deployments across environments (Dev / Test / Prod).

Automate workflows for provisioning, dataset refreshes, and governance using PowerShell, Python, or Fabric APIs.

Define and enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards for Fabric usage.

Collaborate with architects to address platform gaps and fast-track Fabric adoption.

Monitor and optimize performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot issues.

Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models, composite models, and Direct Lake.

Ensure security and governance (RLS, OLS, Purview compliance).

About You

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.

Proven experience with CI / CD for analytics workloads using Git and tools like Azure DevOps.

Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Fabric APIs for automation.

Advanced DAX expertise and performance tuning for large datasets.

Strong data modeling skills and experience with Lakehouse / Dataflows.

Bonus Items

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for governance.

Experience with capacity planning and performance optimization at enterprise scale.

Knowledge of scripting for governance checks and workspace automation.

Exposure to composite models and Direct Lake concepts.

Salary Range

$150-180,000 / year
