Window Coverings Sales Consultant to join our team!

About the Role :

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work closely with homeowners and businesses to find window covering solutions that suit their style, needs, and budget. You’ll provide personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and exceptional service to turn their vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
  • Offer tailored advice on window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
  • Present product samples, provide accurate measurements, and deliver detailed quotes.
  • Build lasting relationships by ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through exceptional service and expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in window coverings, a design or home improvement field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with measurements and product specifications.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for home décor and interior design is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
