Overview

Restaurant Manager responsible for daily operations, inventory, budgeting, customer service, and ensuring compliance with provincial liquor legislation.

Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English or French.

Experience

1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions

Onsite – work must be completed at the physical location; remote work not allowed.

Responsibilities

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

Conduct performance reviews.

Cost products and services.

Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Organize and maintain inventory.

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Provide customer service.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
