Join Our Team as a Lead UX (User Experience) Designer at Atlantic Lottery!

As the Lead UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experience strategy and ensuring digital products are intuitive accessible and aligned with business objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert and coach for UX Designers fostering collaboration and guiding best practices in usability accessibility and design. The Lead UX Designer partners with cross-functional teams-including product managers developers and content managers-to deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain consistent design standards across all platforms.

Salary Band : $75200 - $122200 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $80000 - $90000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills market conditions relevant experience education training and internal equity).

Work Location : Office or Hybrid option working from either our Moncton or Halifax Office.
