  • Location High River , AB T1V 1P4
  • Salary 25.50 to 27.75 hourly (To be negotiated) / 36 to 48 hours per week
  • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
  • Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

    • Responsibilities

  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Slaughter cattle, calves, and sheep as prescribed by religious laws
  • Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
  • Remove bones from meat
