A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $18.00 /hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. We’re committed to attracting and rewarding top talent. Our compensation ranges are thoughtfully designed to reflect market competitiveness, internal equity, and the experience and impact each candidate brings to the role.
