Description de posteDemonstrated proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick. Ability to interpret technical documents and apply welding specifications accurately. Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $48.64 per hour Secure, long-term employment Competitive wage and benefits package Training and development Opportunities for advancement Overtime available

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.
- Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
