What you will do :

  • Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft based on Toronto
  • Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
  • Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required
  • What you bring :

  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred
  • A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
  • Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
  • Previous time on type is preferred
