About the role :
Are you a high‑energy, customer‑obsessed multitasker who thrives in fast‑moving environments? We’re hiring a Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist to support sales growth, keep operations running flawlessly, and deliver outstanding customer experiences—all on a 12‑month contract with hybrid flexibility.
Hybrid (Mon / Tue / Thu Onsite – Fri WFH)
8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate : $25.68 / hr
What You’ll Do
Support sales growth across assigned territories
Manage customer accounts + resolve order, billing, and account issues
Handle ITO (quotes & presales) and OTR (order entry → shipment → invoicing)
Manage account setups, item setups, and E‑commerce order processing
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics
Resolve billing disputes, credit memos, collections, and payment issues
Drive continuous improvement to boost speed, accuracy & customer satisfaction
Deliver excellence across KPIs and service metrics
What You Bring
3+ years in sales support or customer service
Excellent communication skills
Strong MS Office + SAP experience (required)
Highly organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable juggling priorities
Team‑focused, proactive, and solution‑oriented
Bonus Points
Salesforce or field sales experience
French language skills
Manufacturing or supply chain background
