Description de postePerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs Provide medication reminders and help monitor daily routines Complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team Engage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurance Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being PSW Certificate required Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) or Non-Violent Crisis Prevention preferred CPR / First Aid Certification required Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking Strong verbal and written communication skills Second language is an asset Reliable, compassionate, and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations Commitment to client safety, dignity, and respect Caring & Compassionate Patient & Thoughtful Client-Focused Reliable & Responsible Honest & Respectful Skilled & Professional Comfort, Safety & Health First Commitment to Growth & Improvement Competitive Pay Flexible Scheduling : Weekday andweekendshifts available, minimum of 4 hours, up to 12-hour shifts Supportive Team Environment : We value and appreciate your work Meaningful Work : Make a real difference in the lives of your clients

What you should know
Location : Brampton, ON (patienthomes 1 on 1 care). Shift : 4 hour shifts, weekday and weekends.
What You’ll Do
Personal Support & Daily Care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
Home Support
Health & Safety Assistance
