Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior of properties on recurring schedules to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
• Prepare and apply products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps per regulatory guidelines.
• Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation.
• Operate company truck and maintain service equipment.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
• Identify and engage customers with additional service offerings that provide value.
• Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
• Perform other duties as required.
