Description de posteProvide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products, such as smartphones and computers Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude Minimum 1 year of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills Technical support experience preferred Eagerness to learn new technologies A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS or comparable technology
