In this 12month Accounting Analyst contract we need someone who is precise curious and strong at problemsolving. Your work will enhance reporting quality and support operational decisionmaking.

What youre responsible for :

  • Preparing reviewing and reconciling financial statements bank accounts and complex balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting.
  • Monitoring and reconciling inventory levels physical counts and sitereported transactions to maintain accurate valuation and resolve variances.
  • Partnering and collaborating with Operations Supply Chain and Leadership teams to explain variances support decisions and improve performance visibility.
  • Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities across financial and inventory results.
  • Improving and strengthening financial processes efficiencies and internal controls related to cash bank activity and inventory transactions.

Qualifications : To join our time :

  • You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with 35 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • You have a strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting standards and inventory accounting practices.
  • You have advanced analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting with experience using ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Maximo Dayforce).
  • You are highly organized detailoriented and comfortable working in fastpaced environments.
  • You are bilingual in English & French preferred
