Advance Your Career : Join Us as a CNC Machinist & Programmer! THE JOB Are you a highly skilled CNC Machinist with a passion for precision and programming? We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our team, reporting directly to the CNC Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programming and operating CNC mills and lathes, completing all aspects of part manufacturing from 2D print review to final inspection.You will work extensively with MasterCAM for both programming and part modeling, performing milling in 3, 4, and 5-axis environments, as well as lathe machining in 3 and 4-axis with live tooling. The ideal candidate can operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously, consistently utilize “lights-out” machining, and measure components to 0.0002” accuracy.Overtime may be required when “lights-out” machining is not possible. REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements : A minimum of 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC mills or lathes is required. Candidates must be skilled in programming and part modeling using MasterCAM. Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machining, as well as 3 and 4-axis lathe machining with live tooling, is required. The ability to independently complete all aspects of part manufacturing from 2D print review to final inspection is essential. Candidates must be able to measure to 0.0002” accuracy and operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously. The ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and bolt and unbolt fixtures is required.
