Description de posteAssist the Store Manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cashiering, cost management, etc.) and replace him / her as needed. Ensure outstanding customer service by staff. Advise and serve customers. Participate in personnel management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedules). Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management and store equipment. Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson. Ensure that staff comply with health and safety standards. Vous êtes à la recherche d'un nouveau défi au sein d'une équipe dynamique?
