Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning, based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The Education Coordinator is responsible for managing daily operations, including overseeing educational programs, coordinating with students, parents, and instructors, and ensuring effective program delivery. The role involves maintaining high-quality customer service, training instructors, and supporting an engaging learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Education and understanding of Pedagogy
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to facilitate Training and support instructors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in an academic environment or administration is an asset
• Post-secondary education in Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred
