NOW HIRING : IT Helpdesk Technician

LOCATION : Centennial Auto Group - Summerside & Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS : Full-time, permanent. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. (Some flexibility may be required)

COMPENSATION : $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience

THE PERFECT FIT :

We are looking for a "doer"someone who enjoys solving immediate problems, from fixing a stubborn printer to managing Google Workspace accounts. You will assist in maintaining over 350+ devices, support our desktop environment, and collaborate with senior IT staff on network initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will be the first line of defence for our employees, ensuring their day-to-day technology needs are met efficiently and with a positive attitude.

APPLICABLE SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

• 13 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Admin Console).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 / 11, printers, and basic network connectivity (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Experience using ticketing systems and RMM tools.
• Excellent communication skills : ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within the Maritimes.
