Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible for accounts receivable. The suppliers are based in Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish the necessary guarantees for all new orders (contract notification or addition to credit insurance)
  • Determine and communicate payment terms for new orders
  • Track deposits on orders
  • Ensure follow-up on orders payable before delivery
  • Retrieve U.S. sales tax exemption certificates
  • Perform weekly billing
  • Calculate commissions related to new orders
  • Perform and record deposits
  • Fill out and send receipts requested by clients
  • Produce various reports and track receivables
  • Required Profile :

  • Bilingual in oral and written communication to interact with employees and suppliers in Canada and the United States

  • Versatility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
