Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible for accounts receivable. The suppliers are based in Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Establish the necessary guarantees for all new orders (contract notification or addition to credit insurance)
- Determine and communicate payment terms for new orders
- Track deposits on orders
- Ensure follow-up on orders payable before delivery
- Retrieve U.S. sales tax exemption certificates
- Perform weekly billing
- Calculate commissions related to new orders
- Perform and record deposits
- Fill out and send receipts requested by clients
- Produce various reports and track receivables
Required Profile :
- Bilingual in oral and written communication to interact with employees and suppliers in Canada and the United States
- Initiative and autonomy

- Versatility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
