As a member of our Solution Engineering team, you will be heavily involved in the pre‑sales process for a variety of cutting‑edge technology projects primarily with Amazon Connect, and more! Working closely with and reporting to our VP of Solutions Engineering, you will demonstrate and create value for NeuraFlash services and products for Salesforce, build technical credibility in compelling demonstrations, and create accurate and competitive proposals for projects.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products / assets to customers
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
- Gather requirements for large‑scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects
- Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Amazon and Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash as a Consulting Partner
- Create and modify Proposals SOWs and respond to RFPs working alongside the NeuraFlash delivery team
- Maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce
- Liaise between the sales and technical teams to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements
- Learn about Salesforce, Einstein, and our AI products and provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on leveraging Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate closely with delivery on project scope & estimates and execute our pre‑sales process to the highest degree
- Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience
- Drive innovation in the areas of Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash’s Amazon Connect and AI teams
Required Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience selling CRM solutions / services—preferably within Amazon Connect2‑3 years in a customer‑facing role with pre‑Sales / Solution Engineering experienceB.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experiencePreferred Skills
2‑3 years in a consulting roleExpert understanding of contact center telephony solutionsSolid understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform & architectureStrong customer‑facing skillsAttention to detail with great communication skillsTeam player and passion to succeed and drive the company forwardCuriosity and quick learning in the AI spaceStrong interest in learning rapidly in the AI spaceBenefits & Culture
