Our people are PCL’s most valuable resources. We’re looking at what’s next for you and how we can help you build a career you’re proud of, so come grow with us!
PCL has been partnering with our clients for more than 100 years to build success together. We operate with the strength of a $9B company paired with the agility of an established organization that has delivered some of the most iconic and innovative projects around the world - projects vital to both local and global communities.
This is an opportunity to join PCL’s enterprise Talent Acquisition (TA) team and significantly contribute to evolving our TA strategies, programs, employer branding / recruitment marketing, processes, technologies and more!
As a passionate, client-focused professional with demonstrated subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with internal and external partners seeking to optimize how PCL attracts, sources, assesses, brings in and ultimately mobilizes the right talent who fit and add to our culture, helping us profitably grow and build a better future, together. This includes developing and executing the perfect recruitment marketing campaign, driving the most efficient and effective process, finding that great innovative new tool and implementing it, or optimizing the best candidate experience, just to name a few possibilities.
