- COA (Client Onboarding Advisor) – started in Client Services and Implementation Teams
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management
o Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
o Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Program Design & Development
o Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
o Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals.
• Quality Assurance & Evaluation
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.
o Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.
o Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations
Must Haves Requirement:
• 1-3 years of previous Project Management experience
o Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
o Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Understand, creating surveys and reporting data
• Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture
• Proficient in MS Suite
Nice To Haves:
• Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia
• QA experience
• Previous banking experience
