Bilingual Tax Expert – WFH

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax guidance, reviewing personal tax returns, and preparing full‑service returns.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to customers in clear, understandable terms.
• Operate in a virtual, customer‑facing role using our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers worldwide while ensuring quality service in both English and French, preparing tax returns and offering real‑time guidance.
• Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Compensation

Base pay ranges : 24.50 $ per hour to 33.50 $ per hour (PEI, BC, Nova Scotia). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To maintain pay equity, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender categories.
