Description de posteBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Free parking available Team building opportunities Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit
