Supervisor

Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Be part of a dynamic team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
• Ensures excellent front‑of‑house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset).
