Team Leader Retention
We are looking for an innovative leader to join our rapidly growing retention organization as we endeavor to create a truly world class work-from-home retention team.
In this role, you will be exposed to a high volume, metrics-driven culture focused on efficiency and conversion. You will demonstrate success by coaching and enabling your team to reach their targets
We are looking for someone who can play a significant role in helping our business reach new heights in retention and performance.
Can you turn average performers into great performers? Can you quickly ensure new agents are onboarded and become top performers?

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and direct the daily operations of a team of 10-20 retention sales agents
- Teach new sales processes and procedures to your team and track performance to achieve set sales goals
- Provide recommendations on how to improve the sales process including script improvements, coaching framework improvements, and product improvements
- Provide daily coaching and feedback, recognize and reward accomplishments and individual sales employee contributions
- Recommend human resource actions such as hiring, corrective action, terminations, salary actions, and promotions for sales agents
- Help the team handle exception items, resolve complex issues, review and recommend system modifications, conduct quality reviews, and monitor daily sales kpis
- Use reports and data to drive daily actions to drive performance
- Interact directly with partners and groups within the organization beyond the sales organization including IT, customer service, legal, sales operations, and business operations
- Tackle issues head on in a professional way, quickly getting to the root of the issue and taking action accordingly
- Partner with leadership on special projects within your function
- This is not a desk job. We expect at least 70% of the time to be spent listening and coaching sales agents to become better sales people
- Flexibility and availability to work different shifts within the sales center hours of operations
Requirements :
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency a plus
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast changing work environment
