Wash Bay Attendant - Multiple Openings

Location: Whistler, BC

PWTransit may have the position for you! We are currently seeking full-time Wash Bay Attendants to join our team in Whistler. These positions are full-time, working 12-hour days on a 4 day on/4 day off rotation which will include working late nights and weekends. Hourly rate of pay is $23.66.

Duties:

Responsible for the fueling and cleaning of the interiors and exteriors of all company vehicles.

• Clean the interiors and exteriors of various vehicles as determined by the Company
• Fuel and check all fluid levels as determined by cleaning and fueling procedures
• Clean interior / exterior of bus advertising and back lighting, report any interior lights that are not working; replace interior & exterior advertising signs when instructed to do so
• Requires some lifting when "dumping" the cash container into the vault.
• Perform a "pre-trip" a bus for another driver
• Miscellaneous general facility cleaning duties, dumping trashcans and washing floors when assigned
• Cleaning engine compartments, undercarriages, wheels, and vehicle parts cleaning

Qualifications:

• Must have a Class 5 driver's license or higher
• Airbrake endorsement considered an asset
• Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service
• No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position
