Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and write English.

Have the ability to read and comprehend written / verbal instructions and mathematical measurements.

Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy skills.

Respects individuals, the organization, occupational health and safety, authority, the community and the team.

Have a willingness and ability to learn new concepts and apply this learning in their daily routine

Understanding of industry / process and / or manufacturing experience.

Teamwork skills.

Quality assurance and problem solving skills.

Must have a good eye for detail.

People-oriented and must be able to effectively communicate.

Ability to work professionally under pressure of daily deadlines / time management and organizational skills

Able to cope with stress
