Manitoba Pork Credit Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager, Advance Payments Program to oversee the delivery of the Advance Payments Program (APP) for hog producers across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

This role plays a key part in supporting producers while ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and strong relationships with government partners and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management & Oversight

• Manage all aspects of the Advance Payments Program for hog producers in Western Canada.
• Prepare and submit the Annual Program Application to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC).
• Negotiate and manage the service agreement with the program’s lender of record, including applicable interest rates.
• Act as an ambassador for the Advance Payments Program and Manitoba Pork Credit Corporation to producers.
