We are currently seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to join our Mining team based out of Saskatoon SK. As the Project Coordinator working in an Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) within the Owners team. Bantrel is working with KS Potash (KSPC) as an Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) to expand the KSPC Bethune Potash Mine in near Moose Jaw Saskatchewan from 2.2 to 3.0M tonnes per annum over the next 5 years. The final production capacity is intended to grow over decades to 4M tonnes per year doubling the current production output of potash. a major capital project within an EPCM this role you will provide coordination ensuring seamless communication and documentation flow between engineering procurement and vendor teams.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the development review and timely delivery of vendor equipment packages.
• Facilitate communication between engineering procurement and vendors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Monitor documentation workflows to ensure compliance with QA / QC procedures and project standards.
• Support RFQ preparation bid evaluations and procurement documentation.
• Maintain organized project records schedules and SharePoint repositories.
• Ensure documentation is available and properly formatted for design reviews.
• Collaborate with designers and discipline leads to integrate vendor data into engineering deliverables.
