Application Production Support Analysts

A large international financial services company is looking to hire Application Production Support Analysts to join their team in Montreal. This is a full-time position, on a contractual basis, working in a hybrid environment, with attractive compensation.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience (3-5 years) in an application support environment
• Trade Support or Finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Strong understanding of the trade process
• Strong UNIX skills
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong background using Microsoft products (Specifically Excel & Outlook)
• FTP, SFTP, FTPS, CFT file transfer setup knowledge

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Must be able to work as part of a team, use own initiative and be self motivated
• Use of industry standard tools (Service Now/ITSM, Jira) is a plus
• Background in Autosys Job Scheduling
• Experience in Release Management
• Experience writing documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Project Management skills
