Product and Retail Sales Specialist

Work Schedule : Monday- Friday, 37.5 / week.

Our client is Seeking energetic sales professional passionate about premium appliances to join our team as Product and Retail Sales Specialist.
You’ll be the go-to for retail dealer network, managing inquiries, training, and support to ensure success, empower agents and drive success!
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for Retail Sales agents, addressing all sales inquiries and initiatives.
- Deliver comprehensive product training to Retail Sales agents, ensuring thorough understanding of our product lineup.
- Review and communicate sales promotional offers to Retail Sales agents for clarity and comprehension.
- Facilitate access to and understanding of the MVP portal quoting / sales system for all sales associates.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with Retail Sales agents, providing motivation and support.
- Aid Retail Sales agents in quote preparation and order conversion.
- Conduct quarterly store display assessments and track progress using Salesforce.
- Ensure Retail sales representatives complete mandatory training requirements.
- Provide onsite support for special events at Retail partner locations and Maroline Toronto Showroom.
- Collaborate with internal departments to foster synergy across the organization.
- Direct retail sales agent inquiries to appropriate channels for resolution.
- Motivate and facilitate sales efforts to meet and exceed targets.
- Travel as needed for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales roster in SF system and communicate changes to technical teams.
- Collect and provide feedback on Retail Dealer partners and their accounts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, campaigns, products, and events, informing management of relevant information.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years in training or sales roles, ideally with high-end or luxury products (experience in hospitality or luxury retail is advantageous).
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient multitasker with the capacity to manage numerous priorities concurrently.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for special events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is beneficial.
